From Blueprints to Backyards: A Career Built on Precision and People

Before helping clients find their next home, I spent over a decade managing high-stakes projects at Lockheed Martin — where deadlines were non-negotiable, budgets were scrutinized down to the last dollar, and success depended on coordinating dozens of moving parts without losing sight of the big picture. That discipline didn't stay behind at the office. It's the foundation of how I run every transaction today.

After Lockheed Martin, I founded Palm Beach Organizing, where I learned something just as valuable: how to walk into someone's most personal space — their home — and help them see its potential. I worked one-on-one with homeowners to declutter, reimagine, and prepare their spaces, developing a sharp eye for what makes a property functional, inviting, and market-ready. That experience taught me how to listen closely to what people actually need, not just what they say they want.

How That Background Shows Up in Your Transaction

Project management, applied to real estate. Buying or selling a home involves inspections, appraisals, financing deadlines, contractors, title work, and a dozen other moving pieces that all have to land in the right order. I manage your transaction the way I managed multimillion-dollar defense projects: with clear timelines, proactive communication, and zero tolerance for things falling through the cracks.

An organizer's eye for presentation. When I walk into a listing, I don't just see a house — I see how buyers will experience it. That background in home organizing means I know how to help sellers stage, declutter, and present their property so it photographs well and shows even better in person, often without spending a dime on renovations.

A problem-solver's temperament. Both of my past careers required staying calm when plans changed suddenly — because they always do. Whether it's a financing hiccup, a low appraisal, or a multiple-offer negotiation, I bring steady, level-headed problem-solving to situations that would rattle less experienced agents.

My Approach to Clients in Palm Beach County

Real estate here isn't one-size-fits-all — the market in Palm Beach differs from West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, or Wellington, and I've built local relationships accordingly, working closely with lenders, inspectors, contractors, and fellow agents throughout the county to keep deals moving smoothly.

I believe the best results come from genuine relationships, not transactions. That means:

  • Listening first. I take the time to understand your real priorities — whether that's school districts, walkability, investment potential, or a fast, low-stress sale — before I ever start showing or listing property.
  • Communicating relentlessly. You'll never wonder what's happening with your deal. I update clients the way I updated stakeholders on federal contracts: clearly, on schedule, and before they have to ask.
  • Playing the long game. Many of my clients become repeat clients and referral sources, because I treat every transaction as the start of a relationship, not the end of one.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, or relocating to Palm Beach County from out of state, I bring the discipline of a project manager, the eye of an organizer, and a genuine investment in getting you to the results you actually want.
